While co-pays, out-of-pocket premiums, and insurance deductibles vary from one patient to another (and can be daunting), we’ll do our best to give you an estimated cost before treatment. We understand that no one likes surprises!

Our mission is treat patients like family with exceptional care every day. When you visit Pro-Care, you’ll meet with your doctor to do a full consultation, exam (X-rays as needed), review your out-of-pocket cost and receive treatment.

Chiropractic care is a natural method of health care that treats the causes of physical problems rather than just the symptoms. Chiropractic care is based on a simple but powerful premise: With a healthy lifestyle and normally functioning nerves and spine, the body is better able to heal itself. This is because the spinal cord, which is protected by the spine, is the main pathway of the nervous system. It controls movement, feeling, and function throughout your body. Chiropractic treatment focuses on adjustments to correct spinal malfunctions, called subluxations, in order to remove interference to the spinal cord and the nerves that exit between the bones of the spine. Science has found that the nerve system controls all other organs and tissues of the body, so a nerve system functioning at its best facilitates the body’s ability to cope with disability and disease.

Chiropractors use a natural, drugless, non-surgical approach to health care. They consider all aspects of the patient’s life: family history, work, lifestyle, environment, diet, exercise, and the patient’s physical and emotional stress factors. They place special emphasis on the care of the spine. The primary means of chiropractic care is the spinal adjustment, a short and painless thrust against the spine using only the doctor’s hands. Spinal adjustments correct vertebral subluxations, which are changes in the position of the spine that do not allow the spine to function properly. When the spine is subluxated, the nerves in that area may behave abnormally and cause pain or other problems. The intent of a spinal adjustment is to restore normal motion, function, and nerve impulse flow. Doctors of chiropractic medicine provide highly specialized care for musculoskeletal conditions, and they identify and correct vertebral subluxations.
